Meet Dr. Powers

 

Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Dr. Powers graduated from The University of Missouri, Kansas City, School of dentistry in 1976.  He practiced for many years in Jefferson City, Missouri before deciding to relocate his practice to the city of Richland in 1996.

Dr. Powers loves the "laid back atmosphere" of practicing in a small rural town and the many great close patient relationships that his move has created.

Dr. Powers believes in meeting his patients highest expectations not only in using the most advanced painless techniques that are available in modern dentistry, but also in making each and every patient feel welcome and comfortable in his practice.

Dr. Powers post graduate training was done through the highly accredited Dawson Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in St. Petersburg, Florida.  Dr. Dawson is renowned as the worlds leading authority on occlusion (bite relationships)

In 2005 Dr. Powers was selected as one of only twelve dentists in the nation to participate in the Gems Gold Dozen program studying under Dr. Tom Orent.
